What to expect
You will only see the steps we actually assign to you. Each one shows an estimated time before you start, and you can save and come back.

Application
About 5 to 10 minutes. Your background, your resume, and one short answer in your own words about the most complicated thing you have configured or fixed in ServiceTitan.

Application review
Celia reads every application. If it looks like a fit, you will see a next step in your portal.
- 03
Short knowledge check
Multiple-choice questions on ServiceTitan, operations and communication. Usually 30 to 40 minutes. You may use documentation. No countdown unless we tell you before you start.
- 04
Phone interview
A short conversation about your experience, availability and how you work. You book a time from your portal once invited.
- 05
Practical work
Usually two written tasks and one short recorded explanation, roughly 35 to 50 minutes of writing plus a 4 to 6 minute recording. You will never need a ServiceTitan login, a sandbox or a paid subscription.

30-minute Zoom
We talk through your submitted work, and you write one short customer email live. A live work sample is part of this process.
- 07
Optional 60-minute final
For some candidates, a deeper conversation about day-to-day work and judgment.

Decision
Celia makes every hiring decision personally. Scores help us review; they do not decide for us.
Research yes, AI no
You may research official documentation and ordinary web sources. Your answers and customer emails must be your own work, written without generative AI or help from another person. Basic spellcheck and accessibility tools are fine. We show the full policy before every assignment.
